1. Ride Cancellation

  • Users can cancel a ride before it starts.
  • Frequent or last-minute cancellations may affect your account.

2. Refunds

  • Since EasyLift Carpool is a service-based platform, payments (if any) are generally non-refundable once a ride is completed.
  • Refunds may be provided in special cases such as:
    • Technical issues
    • Incorrect charges
    • Failed or incomplete rides

3. Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but the ride is not confirmed, the amount will be:

  • Automatically reversed by your bank, or
  • Refunded within a few working days

4. User Responsibility

Users must ensure:

  • Correct booking details
  • Timely arrival at pickup location

No refunds will be issued for missed rides due to user delay.
